What are your shipping times?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Domestic orders: usually 2–5 business days.

International orders: usually 7–14 business days.
(Please note: delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.)
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes – we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all domestic orders. For international orders, COD is not available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (domestic only)
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product. (Some items may be excluded for hygiene reasons.)
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our customer support at info@festival-guru.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders above 100 BGN/LEV. For smaller orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
What happens if I’m not at home when my package arrives?
The courier will make another delivery attempt, or you may need to pick up your package from the nearest courier office.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to change or cancel it. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.
Do you ship internationally?
No – currently we ship exclusively to Bulgaria. We are planing to send international in the future.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly (replacement or refund).
Are all items in stock?
Products marked “In stock” are available for immediate shipping. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it’s available again.
