At Festival Guru, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and transparently. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier details and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, local courier operations, or other external factors.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country, selected shipping method and the weight and size of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.
We ship internationally to the regions listed above. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@festival-guru.com to confirm availability.
For international orders delivered outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are determined by local authorities. All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Festival Guru does not control and cannot predict these charges.
If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. Any return shipping costs, customs penalties or handling fees incurred in such cases may be deducted from the refund amount.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Festival Guru is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Festival Guru is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, carrier disruptions or other logistics issues beyond our control. During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, holiday seasons or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged shipments, please include clear photos of the product and its packaging in your email so we can assist you promptly.
