These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website https://festival-guru.com (the “Website”) operated by KALLA EOOD, trading as Festival Guru, registered in Bulgaria and located at 24 Ivan Denkoglu Street, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria.

By accessing, browsing or placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Website, or use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website.

  1. Account Registration

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

  1. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout through the available secure payment methods, including debit/credit cards and other listed providers such as Visa, Mastercard, bCard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Card transactions are processed through secure systems such as MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure. We do not store any banking card details used for payments.

For security reasons, the maximum amount for card payments is 4090.34 EUR (8,000 BGN).

If a refund is issued for a card payment, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction.

Order confirmation emails serve as acknowledgment of receipt of your order and do not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Festival Guru is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, courier disruptions, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

  1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions specified in our Returns & Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before requesting a return.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, product names and software, is the property of Festival Guru or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festival Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Website or the purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.

  1. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
