Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.


What are your shipping times?

All international orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

EU: 6–10 business days
UK: 7–11 business days (including customs processing)
USA: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 8–15 business days

Delivery times include order processing, dispatch to our logistics partner, and international transit.

Please note that during high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, holiday seasons, or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased carrier demand and customs workload.


Will I have to pay customs duties?

If your order is delivered outside the European Union, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT, or other taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Are customs fees included in the shipping cost?

No. Customs duties, VAT, and local import taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.


Why was I asked to pay additional fees upon delivery?

Some countries apply import taxes and duties to international shipments. These charges are collected by the courier or customs authority before delivery.


What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it may be returned to us. In such cases, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other available providers displayed at checkout).


RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Certain items may be excluded from return for hygiene reasons.


How do I start a return?

Please contact our customer support at info@festival-guru.com and include your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.


What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

The courier may attempt delivery again or leave your package at the nearest courier office for collection.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to change or cancel it. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified.


My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately and send clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement or refund).


Are all items in stock?

Products marked “In stock” are available for immediate shipping. If an item is out of stock, you may sign up to be notified when it becomes available again.
